Ardenti

Health & Safety

Last updated: July 2026

Ardenti is designed to support a grounded, compassionate relationship with your body. Please read how to use it safely.

A wellness tool, not medical care

Ardenti provides wellness education, tracking, and self-awareness tools. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or mental-health care. Consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your nutrition, exercise, or health routine — especially if you are pregnant, managing a medical condition, or taking medication.

A healthy relationship with tracking

Ardenti is intentionally built without shame mechanics. Logging is meant to build awareness, not to earn or lose worth. There are no punishing “you failed” states, and progress is shown as trends over time rather than daily verdicts.

If tracking food or your body ever starts to feel compulsive or distressing, please step back and reach out to a qualified professional. Tools like Ardenti are not appropriate for everyone at every moment, and pausing is a valid, healthy choice.

Disordered eating resources

If you are struggling with your relationship to food or your body, support is available. In the U.S., the National Alliance for Eating Disorders offers a helpline and resources; elsewhere, please contact a local qualified provider or helpline. You deserve support beyond an app.

Emergencies

Ardenti cannot help in an emergency. If you or someone else may be in danger, contact your local emergency services immediately.

Ardenti is a wellness tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. This page is provided for the invite-only beta and will be expanded as Ardenti develops.
