Data & Account Deletion

Your wellness data is yours. You can request a copy of it or delete your account and its data at any time.
Request your data
To receive a copy of the information associated with your account, email privacy@ardenti.app from the address on your account. We will verify your request and provide your data in a portable format.
Delete your account
To delete your account and associated personal data, email privacy@ardenti.app with the subject “Delete my account.” Once verified, we will remove your profile and personal wellness logs from our active systems.
What happens next
Deletion is permanent. After your account is deleted, your logged food, habits, check-ins, and other personal inputs can no longer be recovered. Limited records may be retained only where required for legal or security reasons, and residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on our regular backup cycle.
Beta note
During the beta, deletion is handled by our team on request. In-app self-service export and deletion are on our roadmap as Ardenti develops.
